| CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) refers to the aid of computer hardware andsoftware technology and support environment, the use of computer numerical, functional logicand reasoning to develop parts machining process. By means of computer-aided processplanning system, manual process planning can solve the low efficiency, consistency is poor, unstable quality, easy to achieve optimization problems. A good computer-aided processplanning system can provide an important role as a link to the computer aided design model ofplanning and manufacturing process. Computer-aided process planning including the processinvolved in hardware and personnel to operate the system and on the production of data storagesoftware systems. This paper studies the computer numerical control-rapid prototyping services aided processplanning system, computer numerical control-rapid prototyping process planning system. Themain work is as follows:In the study of existing process planning algorithm based on the study of a new processplanning algorithm for rapid prototyping process subtractive process. To determine theorientation of a set of processing and processing tool size by this algorithm, so that the totalprocessing time is minimized. Planning algorithm based on the development process must needto meet three main requirements: to achieve NC-Rapid Prototyping in the manufacture of partsfor effectiveness and efficiency; meet fully automated rapid prototyping systems; intervention ina no-man "unattended" mode the processing. This paper focuses on the exploration of processplanning algorithm processing orientation, study the establishment of a method for processingangle. For a typical part, the establishment of processing machining tool orientation and size of amathematical model to meet the above process planning, building so that the total processingtime minimizing the objective function of genetic algorithm. Through genetic algorithm todetermine the optimal size and processing tool machining directionThe results showed that the genetic algorithm based on this study NC-Rapid Prototypingprocess planning can effectively reduce the total processing time of the part. |
