| With the rapid development of society, science and technology is changing, thedemand for coal is lower and the combustion of coal caused great damage to theenvironment, so the world is in urgent need of looking for more new energy, no pollution,such as gas, as we all know, gas is occurrence in coal seam and the greater the stock of fuof the deeper the depth of the gas, especially near the fault, due to the shallow coal seamare developed by about the same, so the deep coal seam has become the focus of the futurecoal mining.Gas occurrence in coal seam, when mining coal seam so there will be a gas,dissipation and gas outburst and explosion, cause immeasurable loss to workers and thecoal mine, therefore, can get deep local large amounts of safe and effective gas extractionout become the research trend in the future.This thesis with the old Shi Dan coal mine031604fully mechanized coal face thiscoal seam as the research object, in order to find with good extraction method, in order toreduce the coal mine gas enrichment region to the difficulty of the gas drainage, firstthrough the exploration of coal seam occurrence regularity and gas emitted from a sourceanalysis, the determination of basic parameters for mine gas in coal bed, get the occurrenceregularity and16#coal seam of coal seam can smoke extracting seam in tomato tree areharder to drainage. Separate source method is used to determine the16#coal seam gassource mainly for mining layer. By comparing the present commonly used extraction fromdeep gas method and combining with the specific conditions of mine, decided in16#coalseam in the integration of drilling and cutting anti-reflection technology in hydraulicpunching technology and hydraulic cutting seam technology. Do experiments in the sameborehole, and using numerical fitting of three extraction methods gas content and theconcentration change curve, comparing two results, choose the reasonable extractionscheme.Finally based on the data obtained in16#coal seam in three drilling field drilling,drilling form for the fan, for drilling real-time monitoring, hourly record data at a time,three hours to calculate the total data, and using the formula for gas content betweenmultiple. Calculation results show that in16#coal seam in the above two techniques canbe used to the high gas drainage under suction CaiLiang and decrease the difficulty of the gas extraction results are within the scope of the forecast, this paper chooses the extractionmethod is reasonable and effective. |
