In the process of coal mining, however, most of the accidents is the gas disasters.Therefore, effective prevention and control of gas accident and coal mine can realizesafety production, gas mine to realize high production and efficiency.In this paper, we study the ping mine, gas overrun always restricts the production ofcoal mine. Gas ventilation is a foundation, governance is extraction method. Due to theventilation can’t solve the problem of gas overrun, must be the gas extraction. For gasdrainage, the most important step is the drainage of gas parameters for the design ofreasonable, effective and practical.This article uses the method of combining the theoretical analysis and calculationand practice. First combined with the data obtained in carbon kiln ping coal mine,through the reorganization, the calculated parameters such as coal seam gas pressure.Then analyzes the main source of fully mechanized working face gas.The feasibility andnecessity of and the working face gas drainage. Because the wind exhaust gas cannotsolve the working face gas overrun, so must adopt the method of gas drainage solutions.According to the basic principles of choosing the method of gas drainage and face reality,developed along the bedding parallel drill in extraction layer combination of buried pipesand goaf gas drainage method. After gas drainage method, through theoretical analysisand calculation and reference to the actual situation of coal mine determines the drainagetime, hole spacing, drilling depth, drilling diameter, negative pressure gas drainageparameters, such as, and designs the extraction from piping layout.Finally on the basis of theoretical analysis, by calculating the gas extraction rate andanalytic results are up to the specified requirements, Effectiveness drainage parametersdesign is proved to be reasonable. The gas extraction rate of53%, mine gas drainageefficiency improved obviously. Return air lane and the upper corner gas concentrationsignificantly decreased and remain at low levels. To ensure the normal production ofworking face smooth, safe, and also for the reasonable use of gas resources provided valuable experience. |
