Lingtong district belongs to the developping tourism zone, so it is strict to thequality of environment than any other places, but the minimum distance between thesource of pollution in central heating engineering in west Lingtong and Lintong scenicspot is only1800meters and current pollution treatment measures can’t satisfy the thenewly promulgated local standard and total amount control requirement of the country.So promoting the current coal-fired boiler flue gas is needed in order to satisfy thestandard of total amount control requirement of the country and the local emissionstandard.In this paper, promting the source of spolution of central heating engineering wasanalyzed, and all kinds of treatment technology was summarized. Electrostaticprecipitator with bag filter and electrostatic precipitator was compared by removalefficiency, economy and technology, secondary pollution and remove particle size. Theresult proved that the electrostatic precipitator shows better economy performance thanbag filter, and combined dedusting process of cyclone dust collector and electrostaticprecipitator was adopted. By making investment cost, unit desulfurization costs,desulfurization degree, denitration efficiency, by-products of benefit and secondarypollution as six evaluation factors of fuzzy mathematics, comprehensive evaluation andcomparison limestone-gypsum technology, EBAP, dual alkali, ammonia process,absorption/adsorption, and EBAP because of the highest index comprehensive was usedto desulfurization and denitrification the exhaust gas.Renovations project choose cyclone and electrostatic precipitator and lectron beamradiation to remove the dust, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides of coal-fired flue gas.This method can meet the standards of state and local equirements. Ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate as the by-product of the method can be directly used asagricultural fertile, the economic benefit is even higher than gypsum. Therefore,compared with the existing flue gas treatment project, enovations project can furthereduce emissions of pollutants in the atmosphere and reate a better economic efficiency,it has positive effect on environment quality in Lingtong and its scenic spot.
