| Oil sludge generated by the processes of oil exploitation, oilrefining andoil-bearing wastewater treatment belongs to one of the hazardous solid wastes, whichiscomplicated in composition. Discharge of large amount of oil sludge has posed seriousdestruction to northern shaanxi in ecologicalenvironment, which becomes a problem tobe solved urgently for sustainable development. It is very important practicalsignificance to research and develop the green treatment technology of oil sludge for thesustainable development of petrochemical enterprise.In this paper, the harmless and resource recovery treatment conditions of oil sludgeare studied and optimized to make use of liquid phase biological technologyby utilizingthe NY3bacteria addicted to oil of getting earlyby our group. the followingconclusions:(1) The degradation efficiency of straight-chain alkanes in oil sludge can beimproved by50%by NY3bacteria and using pretreatment method ofmixing themelting oil sludge with sawdust (d≤0.30mm) in the ratio of7:1.(2) Oil sludge concentration is100g/L, the inoculation quantity of NY3bacteriumsuspension (OD600nm=1.82±0.08) is50%,30℃,160r/min conditions, the mostsuitable nitrogen source for NY3bacteria to degrade oil sludge is NH4NO3. NY3bacteria can tolerate15g/L salinity. Compared with not addition of Fe2+or glucose,6d,only adding28.8mg/L Fe2+or12‰(v/v) glucose,the degradation rates of straight-chainalkanes increase by above30%. When the ratio of garden soil with oil sludge is1:2(m/m), the degradation efficiency of straight-chain alkanes in oil sludge by NY3 bacteria can be improved by above15%. By theaddition of210mg/L have beenpromoted about17.3%~36.7%,13.7%and16.2%respectively.(3) Oil sludge concentration is100g/L, the inoculation quantity of NY3bacteriumsuspension is50%, by addition of glucose and Fe2+,7d, oil sludge can beenconverted toglycoprotein by NY3bacteria and its production could reach28g/L. Compared with notadding the glucose and Fe2+,the removal rates of alkanes have been reached about54.8-90.8%, the removal rates of pyrene and phenanthrene are more than84.1%.(4) Oil sludge:cow dung is1/10, the inoculation quantity of anaerobic bacteria andsolid concentration are both50%, anaerobic digestion of16d, the removal rates ofhydrocarbons are25.5%,methane production can be up to107ml. Beforethe anaerobicdigestion, oil sludge is degraded by NY3bacteria under the aerobic condition,8d thedegradation rates of petroleum hydrocarbons can improve by about16%, methaneproduction can increase by about12%. |
