| The purpose of this paper is to study the bio diesel power, economy andemission performance. Through comprehensive analysis, which can be obtainedand the power,economy and emission characteristics of diesel compared with oneor several mixed fuel has the promotion application in diesel engine, to obtainthe alternative fuel for diesel engine.Method this thesis adopts the chemical and physical analysis, numericalanalysis and engine bench test combination. Firstly, according to the biologicalemulsified oil biodiesel, configuration of different proportion of methanol andwater,selection and mixed surfactants, study on the factors influencing the stabilityof emulsion,and on the physical and chemical properties of emulsified oilresearch.Observation of particle size diameter with a microscope，experimental study oncombustion and emission performance of YC4F100-20engine,select the biologicaldiesel oil emulsification ratio better. Finally, the influence of the use of enginebench test research on diesel engine fueled with bio oil emulsion on harmfulemissions,and through the comparison and analysis of calculation and test.The test results show that: the microscopic observation of dairy5of theparticlesare uniformly distributed,the smaller particle diameter;in the poweraspect,milk2.5ã€milk5and B100is basically the same;in the fuel consumptionrate, milk2.5and milk5overall is less than B100;in the bench test, milk2.5and milk5emissions of HC, NOx are more than B100, the emission of CO milk2.5and5milk decreased obviously. Compared to milk2.5, milk5for practicalapplication proportion. Emulsion after improvement, microscopic observation, Fourkinds of emulsified oil particle diameters are less than10μm preparation, uniformdistribution, stable for a long time; power of four kinds of emulsified oil and purebiodiesel is consistent,namely shows little influence power;the economy of fourkinds of emulsified oil issuperior to pure biodiesel; CO, NOx emissions of fouremulsified oil is lower than that of pure biodiesel; four kinds of emulsified oil ishigher than that of HC emissions of pure biodiesel. No.three emulsified oil containing water is far higher than the milk5, the economy is good, stable timeis also significantly extended,considering the power, economy and emissionperformance, three emulsified oilis a better fuel alternative. Finally put forwardthe design of a diesel oil emulsionrandom emulsifier, avoid the influence ofemulsified oil is not stable, reduce the cost of emulsified oil, emulsification effectis good. |
