Atthe same time it can respond to the nation called on energy conservation and emissionsreduction, making the contribution to environmental protection.In the design, Mitsubishi FX2N-64MR-001PLC is used as the control device. MitsubishiFX2N-64MR-001PLC is the top products in miniature PLC. Its reliability, miniaturization,high-speed, large storage, diverse functions, flexible configuration by extension units andextension modules and other characteristics fully ensure rapid data processing, accurate actionperforming, flexible Internet accessing to the control system, and make the whole systemmore stable and reliable in actual operation, more convenient in maintenance, and moreextensible; In addition, Huawei MU203WCDMA module is used as the3g network accessdevices. MU203is an industrial-grade3g module. Its high adaptability, large number of theAT command set, high wireless data transmission rate and embedded TCP/IP protocol ensuredata transmission more convenient, more accurate and faster to wireless transmission system.The whole system adopts C/S framework. PLC,3g network, monitoring software and database can monitor the parameter of circulating water system in real-time, timely detect theunqualified indicator in circulating water system, and dose chemicals in circulating watersystem by automatic control or remote control. This paper introduces the design of eachsubsystem and related technology by the perspective of the system structure.The monitoring of circulating water purification system constructed by3g networksystem and PLC runs stably, gets data accurately and timely in the process of debuggingoperation. Real-time monitoring&remote control dosing system now replaces the previousmode of long interval artificial sampling, test parameters and manual dosing, achieving theexpected effect. This method of using3g wireless network as the transmission medium tomonitor circulating water system remotely is the first time in the same industry.
