With the development of science and technology, CNC machine tools areincreasingly becoming high-speed, efficient and precise direction, so theperformance of its processing requirements are also increasing. In order tomachine tools to high-speed, high efficiency, high-quality work, its structuremust have good dynamic characteristics. The actual process "tools-tools-jobs," composed of the dynamic characteristics of process systems, such asnatural frequency, damping ratio, stiffness directly affect the surface quality,machining accuracy, machining efficiency and tool life. To improveprocessing quality and processing efficiency, measurements of the cuttingprocess system frequency response characteristics of experimental modalanalysis, dynamic simulation for the purpose of cutting process, optimizationof cutting parameters and processing data. Also, because the dynamiccharacteristic of its performance, efficiency, stability and reliability have greateffects, it has become a measure of structural performance of CNC machinetools important indicator of good or bad. Thereby increasing the dynamiccharacteristics of machine tool industry has become one of the topics ofmodernization.Were the subject of a domestic and an imported CNC machine tools todetect the dynamic characteristics of existing CNC machine tools to identifyareas of thin down and suggest amendments. The following major elements:(1) reviewed the research background of this issue, including the currentdevelopment trend of CNC machine tools and CNC machine tools in thedevelopment of the domestic situation and existing problems, the studydescribed the importance of dynamic characteristics of machine tools, summed up the dynamic characteristics of machine tools profile. Finally, theintroduction of the main contents of this paper.(2) The introduction of CNC machine tool dynamic characteristics,dynamic parameters of the introduction of CNC machine tools, CNC machinetool dynamic characteristics of measurement and evaluation method is basedon the error of CNC machine tools to the study and presented the thermalerror, servo control error and cutting force error.(3) describes the dynamic characteristics of the theory includesprobability and statistics, fuzzy mathematics and system theory, this is themain use of fuzzy mathematics and system theory, explains the reasons for thetwo methods used and benefits. The origin and development of the twomethods and the use of methods are introduced.(4) Design a integrated test system of dynamic characteristics of NCmachine tool, to build a test system hardware platform, and the design ofsystem software using LabVIEW software, system software design uses themodular design method, realizes the online multi channel data acquisition anddisplay and online data management.(5) for experimental data analysis and data analysis principles andmethods used in selecting the temperature, force causes acceleration as thetest data, and finally calculate the correlation of data, distance and closeness.
