As many oil fields of our country has entered the later exploitation stage, tubingcorrosion problem has increasingly become one of the main factors affecting the safety of oiland gas production, and the reliability evaluation on the corrosion of tubing become more andmore urgent. Tubing corrosion evaluation very difficult and Hard to draw a clear evaluationcriterion which can be applied directly. This paper focused on the reliability of the tubingcorrosion evaluation system design, and explored the principles and the choices of methodswithin this system. Through evaluating the tubing corrosion environment, mechanical analysis, residual strength analysis and reliability evaluation of Tubing unit with corrosion defects, thispaper preliminary discusses the feasibility of corrosion pipeline reliability evaluation system.First of all tubing corrosion experiment and the tubing corrosion environment evaluationwas carried out. Simulating downhole real environment, the experiment use tubing and suckerrod paired to analysing the tubing corrosion data collected, then use the gray relationalanalysis method to carry out the analysis and calculation of indicators of each factor on thetubing corrosion. Then proceed to the tubing stress analysis to study load distribution, and based on thisimplement the residual stress analysis and reliability evaluation, then introduct engineeringassessment methods of the residual strength analysis and reliability evaluation, and use ansysfor simulation analysis. Finally, comprehensive introduct corrosion tubing reliability evaluation system designideas.
