Reservoir plug is a major factor leads to the decline of productivity in oil fielddevelopment. Acoustic blocking removal technology has been widely promoted and used inrecent years because of its unique advantages. This topic discussed the effect of frequency toacoustic blocking removal, and mechanism of other influencing factors. At last, a series ofcomparative experiments have been made to figure out the advantage of combinationblocking removal technology.During the experiment, the mud which is got from the scene is used to pollute the coresas imitating plog. We use sound wave with different frequency to treat cores of differentpenetration. The experiments show that, with the acoustic frequency enchancing from low tohigh, acoustic blocking removal rate first increases and then decreases, and there is a optimalfrequency. The optimal frequency of high permeability cores appears under the action of theacoustic wave frequency of1.0KHz, while others appear at the frequency of30KHz.In the experiment of the effect of treating time, we can make a conlusion that40minutesis the optimal treating time of low permeability cores. The acoustic blocking removal rate ofhigt permeability cores increase with the extension of treating time. Within the experimentalequipment’s allowment, acoustic blocking removal rate increases with the sound intensityrising. The experiment indicates that the consequence of dual-frequency sound wavescomposite is better than the dual-frequency combination and single frequency sound waves. In the experiment of acoustic blocking removal in different temperature fields, the optimaltemperature is60℃for cores with low permeability, while70℃for those with permeabilityaround1600×10-3μm2.In the experiment of combination with chemicals, after being treated bythe comination of sound wave and chemicals, the permeability recovery rate is higher thaneach independent treatment.
