The synthetic method of rubber as antioxidant was studied in this paper. The feedstockratio、reaction temperatue、catalyst、reaction time optimization was studied and newsythesised routine was proposed.In the rubber antioxidant industrial production, there are stillmany technical difficulties and process problems. Through in-depth research, we successfullydeveloped the new technology of synthesize rubber antioxidant4010NA and4-amino-diphenylamine base on aminobenzene、mirbane oil and acetone as feedstock. Thisresearch found that when the material ratio of nitrobenzene and aniline was5:1, thecondensation reaction with an organic base as catalyst at the reaction temperature of80℃, thehydrogenation reaction with nickel as catalyst at the reaction temperature of75℃,condensation reaction and reduction time was respectively5hours and4hours, in the inertatmospheric pressure, the highest yield of RT base can reach83.10%. We used RT base andketone as raw materials, in hydrogen conditions reduction alkylation reaction, to get rubberprotective agent products. This technology has advantages of low cost, high yield and lowpollution etc, and has a very important significance to the development of the rubberindustry.The sythesis of RD rubber antioxidant using one-step method under solvent-freecondition was studied.Under atmosphere and relatively high temperature(85-180℃),theone-step polycondensation reaction had been carried out by using aniline、acetone asfeedstock and hydrochloric acid as catalyst.The alkali and excessive hydrochloric acid wasadded,and the water was separated.After vacuum distillation、cooling and moulding,the RDwas produced.
