The jet-pan is one of key parts of jet-pan servo valve. Working performance ofthe servo valve is affected by the processing quality. So the basic dimensions andgeometrical tolerance of jet-pan should be detected accurately. Thereby the workingperformance of the servo valve is improved, and the reliability of the servomechanism is guaranteed.In this thesis, in order to measure the basic dimensions and geometricaltolerance of jet-pan, reconstructing the conventional microscope device by CCDtechnique and image processing technique in this paper. The detection system ofmicroscope detection can be divided into four parts. Those are the CCD image shotdevice, the grating system, image measurement software and microscope device.The measuring principle and solving process of image processing measurement arestudied in this thesis. And the reconstructed plane is designed based on that.According to the selecting principle, component parameters of the elements aredetermined. Image processing and detection method are studied in this thesis. By thework of device debug, calibrate and function check, the microscope device realizedthe function of CCD image measurement.The detection system can gather image, process image, calculate and outputresults. The optics magnification and lighting way are discussed, the detectionmethod of jet-pan is studied also.The factors which affect the system precision are also discussed, which arefocusing clarity, optical distortion and illumination. Aiming at the factors, thesolution is provided and the errors are compensated. By the experimental and dataanalysis, the jet-pan can be measured exactly by the detection system and theresearch purpose is realized.
