| This paper focuses on the preparation of lamellar liquid crystal type skin care emulsions.In view of some problems, such as lamellar liquid crystal formation probability is small,incomplete shape, and less quantity, we system study for a variety of factors such aspreparation technological conditions and formulas. We study the preparation processess offorming liquid crystal used with four kinds of emulsifier, study the influences of formingliquid crystal used with four kinds of emulsifier and six kinds of oils, study the influences offorming liquid crystal used with four kinds of emulsifier and five kinds of water solublepolymers, study the effects of the shape and number of forming lamellar liquid crystal usedwith four kinds of emulsifier and different number of the optimization of oils and watersoluble polymers. Design a simple preparation method for forming the shape completenessand high numbers of lamellar liquid crystal skin care emulsion easily. The main researchcontents and results are as follows:Using L9(34) orthogonal table on preparation conditions (emulsifying temperature,emulsifying speed, emulsifying time and the stirring speed by cooling) for orthogonalexperiments. We calculate k1k2k3value and the range of R according to the liquidcrystal shape integritys and quantitys. The results show that the analysis of data by orthogonalmethod can be the best preparation conditions appropriate to a single value, which canguarantee the follow up study on the operation of consistency. Montanov68emulsifier’semulsified temperature is68℃, emulsifying speed is3200r/min, emulsifying time is8mins,stirring speed by cooling is700r/min. Biobase S emulsifier’s emulsified temperature is68℃,emulsifying speed is3200r/min, emulsifying time is4mins, cooling, stirring speed by coolingis700r/min. Both Montanov L and Nikkomulese LC emulsifier’s emulsification temperatureis68℃, emulsifying speed is3200r/min, emulsifying time is8mins, stirring speed by coolingis500r/min. And by the range of R it can show that emulsifying temperature and emulsifyingspeed are the main influenced factors in four process conditions.In the best condition of preparation technology, it can be influenced study for formingthe lamellar liquid crystal chooses with four different kinds of liquid crystal emulsifiers, sixdifferent kinds of oils and five different kinds of water soluble polymers. It can show theresults that the lecithin type emulsifiers (Nikkomulese LC) are the best, followed byglycosidase type emulsifiers(Montanov68and Montanov L), the last is stearyl typeemulsifiers(Biobase S). Vegetable oils (olive oil and shea butter) are the best, followed by liquid animal oils (squalane) and liquid mineral oils(white mineral oil), but solid animaloils(lanolin) and solid mineral oils(petroleum) can affect the forming of the lamellar liquidcrystal. Organic synthesis of water soluble polymers(Carbopol940, Aristoflex AVC, Sepigel305) are the best, but natural water soluble polymers(xanthan gum) and organicsemi-synthetic water soluble polymer (hydroxyethyl cellulose) can affect the forming of thelamellar liquid crystal.In the best preparation technology conditions, different kinds of lamellar liquid crystalemulsifier can match corresponding useful oils, proper collocation of water soluble polymerscan improve the integrity shape and quantity of the lamellar liquid crystal. After the systemstudy for preparation technological conditions and formula components, comprehensive withthe optimum level product preparation, in this paper, the preparation formulas’ success rate is80%finally. |
