This article does analysis to explosionof reaction kettle, the pharmaceutical intermediates, and searches and analysis the potentiallydangerous, harmful factors and harmful consequences and degree in the process ofpharmaceutical intermediates product. The article points out the existing safety problems andthe insufficiency, and puts forward improvement measures and security measures to furtherimprove the level of production safety and reach the lowest accident rate, least loss andoptimal safety benefits.This paper analysis for safety accidents of reactor are mainly based on the followingaspects. The first is the on-site survey, through the scene of the accident investigation, to findout first hand data of the cause of accident, and to make in-depth analysis, laying thegroundwork for the next step deeply analysis of the causes of the accident. Then, through theanalysis on the physical and chemical properties of the reactor itself, finding out the reactoritself exists question, further to analyze the cause of the accident. Then, this paper make useof the system safety analysis method (SCL, DLEC, ATA, DOW) to analysis for the cause ofthe accident analysis, include of safety management and storage of dangerous chemicals,production process of etherifying agent and scene management.Finally, through analysis for the cause of the accident to develop measures to preventaccidents and to reduce the probability of accidents happen, in order to achieve the maximumbenefit of safety production. |
