Enzyme, as a natural catalyst, is easy to selectable and no pollution, therefore, ithas a good application prospect, which can be utilized in the food processing andpharmaceutical industry widely. However, the instability and changeability of enzymeaffect the application in the industries. Immobilized enzyme carrier can combineenzymes with water solubility with immobilized carriers with water insolubility.Meanwhile, the structure and nature of carrier materials makes a great contribution onthe nature of immobilized enzyme.This paper, based on the analysis of production engineering of VTE immobilizedenzyme carrier, gets information about the emission source, emission methods andrules of pollutants, analyzing the feasibility of emission standard of pollutants, andforecasting environment impact level and environmental quality in surrounding areas.The author also provides a series of suggestions for controlling and solving relatedproblems so as to achieve a balance between environmental and economical benefit.Based on the analysis, the result indicates that emission of waste gas in theproduction process reaches the discharge standard; waste water also reaches thestandard, and discharge destination is reasonable based on the treatment of wastewater. Besides, solid waste stored in factories should prevent corrosion and leakage soas to avoid the re-contamination. Based on the achievement of accident preventionand emergency measure, environmental risk can be acceptable.For improving cleaner production level of project, this paper suggest thatadvanced and reliable airtightness equipment should be used in the production, andpipelines are used to connect between containers and equipments so as to controlvolatilizing loss of materials; besides, production projects should select energyconservation products; and recovery and utilization of waste heat reduces energyconsumption.
