In China, water consumption amount is very large in the industrial production,especially for cooling water. And large wastewater is produced when the industrialwater is used. So reuse of wastewater from the industrial production is very importantfor the water treatment work. Wastewater reuse may effectively save and use valuablefresh water, and may reduce waste water emission and environmental contamination.So it has significant economic and social benefit.In the experiment, we adopted pretreatment waste water before UF+ROmembrane treatment and changing PES ultrafiltration membrane nature to treatwastewater. It reduced membrane contamination, and saved the production cost.Membrane contamination is reduced by changing contaminants surface characteristicsand existence pattern. Anti-contaminative PES ultrafiltration membrane is preparedby changing the nature. Result showed membrane contamination will be reduced bypertreating wastewater and preparing anti-contaminative PES ultrafiltrationmembrane from nonionic amphoteric polymer copolymer F127. And the wastewaterturbidity is reduced by adding inorganic and organic flocculation. The wastewatercolour is light and the membrane contamination is reduced. Membrane fluxattenuation rate is reduced and its recovery rate is enhanced to100%.The rejected water from UF+RO process will be treated by lime sofening andmembrane to remove the hardness and Silcon. Ca2+、Mg2+、SiO2-3will be precipitatedby lime sofening and further removed by the UF membrane, then the water qualitycan meet the reuse demand for cooling water. Experiment results show that thetreatment method can effectivly remove Ca2+、Mg2+、SiO2-3and can not produce somecontamination. Membrane flux attenuation is not obvious and its flux is greater than95%. It proves that this technology is fit for UF membrane wastewater treatment.
