| Crankshaft and camshaft are important shaft parts of engine with high precisionmanufacturing requirements.With the development of the automotive industry, its have higherrequirements for processing efficiency and quality, CBN high-speed grinding is the mosteffective means to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the crankshaft and camshaftgrinding. The spindle must have high load carrying capacity, supporting precision, rotaryprecision, support stiffness and excellent vibration resistance and longer service life duringCBN high-speed grinding process. Research on the hydraulic support system with highprecision movement which fit crankshaft camshaft high-speed grinding has great significancefor the development of high-speed CBN camshaft and crankshaft grinder.According to the concrete job requirements of CBN grinding for crankshaft and camshaft,the theoretical discussion of different working mechanism of hydraulic Bearings is presented.Two kind of oil supply, the constant pressure oil supply and quantitative oil supply iscompared. The properties of bearing behavior with erent throttle and at throttle ratio and thechanges of the oil chambers’ pressure under these conditions is studied, and the mathematicalmodel of above situation is established.Finite difference method is applied for the hydraulic pressure distribution of the oil filmwhen studying situation of the bearing pressure performance. The film thickness arediscontinuous on the position of boundaries of oil chambers, and niversal iterative equationswere deduced based on the flow rate continuation equation. The different of calculationresults conducted by the Finite difference method and theory mothod is compared. Thebehavior of hydrostatic bearing is analyzed is analyzed in detail, the optimum range ofhydrostatic bearing is also obtained.The effect of spindle speed on radial bearings is analyzed, the dynamic pressure producedby the spindle rotation and its impact on the bearing pressure distribution and load is studied.Ladder recesses hybrid bearings that greatly improve the load carrying capacity suitable for CBN grding is designed, its impact on the bearing pressure distribution and load is alsoanalyzed, and the optimum range is pointed out by the analysis relationship between loadbearing angle and its performance. |
