| As a high and new technology, the high-gravity technology has a wide industrial application prospect. Up to now, reaction systems such as neutralization reaction, carbonatison, phase-transfer reaction and alkylation have achieved much after introducing the technology, which could not be expected from conventional chemical reaction engineering. Sulfonation reaction with high-gravity has not been studied in-depth yet. Therefore, Sulfonation reaction with high-gravity has an extensive development prospect.This thesis summaries the synthesize and the applied present condition of the mahogany petroleum sulfonate of the anion surface to tertiary process. We used the sulphuric acid to synthesize the petroleum sulfonate and studied the method and the mechanism in detail. We quest influential factors which include the conditions of the temperature, material proportion, time of the reaction, separation of the acid sludge, and neutralization of the extraction. The reaction conditions and the technological process are optimized. Some technological parameters are offered for synthesizing the petroleum sulfonate with high-gravity technology.Based on the experimental data and finding, we analysed the feasibility about synthesizing the petroleum sulfonate with high-gravity technology. Sulfonation reaction is an instantaneousness reaction, for obtaining high petroleum sulfonate content and low byproduct content, two basic conditions must be satisfied:the first is that fuming sulphuric acid and petroleum can mix and contact intensively in short time; the second is residence time of the reactant in the equipment is short. For preparing high active matter content petroleum sulfonate, we must reinforce the process of inter-phase and microscopic mix, shorten the reactant’s residence time. Rotating Packed Bed can satisfy these requirements. Therefore, preparation of petroleum by technology of high-gravity is feasible in technology. |
