Study On The Eco-environment Function Regionalization Of Shangqiu City

With the rapid development of social economic, the strength and intensity effect on theecosystems by Human activities is increasing, the happiness index of life and social economicdevelopment of human society is affected by environmental problem is increasingly significant,especially recent years, the growing of the natural environment quality condition have beenserious influence human’s daily life and economic development. Ecological functionregionalization as one of the means of ecosystem management, how to scientific and reasonableto establish the sustainable development of ecological regionalization and environmentalprotection planning from natural geographical conditions, the condition of natural resources, theregional ecological environment features and ecological function, etc, has become one of theproblems around the world each country pays great attention to.According to the natural environment characteristics, eco-environmental sensitivity and theecological importance of the service value function in different regions demonstrated differencesand similarities, Ecological Function Regionalization(EFR)refers to the process of dividing acertain study area into various ecological function zones based on the investigation of regionalnatural environmental features and ecological and environmental problems，eco-environmentalsensitivity and the value of ecosystem services spatial distribution pattern. The major aim of EFRis to define the extremely important ecological security, the more important areas and generalareas, analysis the regional ecological environment as well as the existence of potentialenvironmental problems and ecological fragile areas and lay a scientific foundation for decisionfor land master plan, comprehensive treatment plan and the industrial layout, eco-environmentprotection and partition management regional ecological environment. The main contents of theresearch include:(1)Analysis of ecological environment in Shangqiu City, sensitivity regionalecological environment, the ecosystem service value function, the intensity of human activities onthe ecological environment spatial differentiation of sensitivity and spatial distribution of waterresources carrying capacity based on the theory of regional ecological, spatial differentiation,regionalization and landscape ecology and GIS.(2)Based on the above research，the author thenevaluate the sensitivity of the eco-environment and the importance of ecosystem services using the combination of qualitative methods and quantitative methods. As a result，Shangqiu City isdivided into7ecological function zones, For every ecological function zone， specificeco-environmental characteristics，major eco-environmental problems and dominant ecologicalfunction are illustrated, the author put forward the key task direction of development andutilization, the main eco-environmental problems and protective measures.
