Trackless mining rubber tire vehicle is a versatile auxiliary transport, which is widely used in coal mining enterprises because of its superior performance. With the characteristics of excellent explosion-proof and dust-proof, the overall hydraulic wet multi-plate brake has become a mine under the tire vehicle main working brakes, whose braking performance impact on the safety of the car tire directly. Smooth and reliable braking to achieve is the main measure brake performance, the intensity, the natural frequency and temperature changes of the main components of the braking process determine the working stability of braking system.First, this paper introduces the significance of research and development, generalize the type of brakes and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the mechanics on the vehicle and mining tire vehicle wet multi-plate brakes during braking; on the basis of theoretical analysis to a certain type of mining tire vehicle rear working brakes for the study, the first use three-dimensional software UG to establish accurate model of vehicle and tire vehicle brakes and complete the assembly of the parts, then use three-dimensional model dynamics software ADAMS to add constraints and loads to the brakes of vehicle and establish a virtual prototyping model, respectively simulate braking process of car model and brakes, get the vehicle speed, total distance travel, vehicle acceleration curve and axle angular velocity, angular acceleration, flakes torque such as curves to determine the size of the braking torque.By determining braking torque, use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analysis key components of brakes, such as pistons, moving shell and static shell, through static analysis to obtain the displacement deformation maps and stress cloud of these components; execute the free modal analysis of static shell, dynamic shell, friction and other components for the natural frequencies of these key components, execute the temperature field analysis and thermal stress analysis of powder flakes and steel flakes to get the temperature distribution and thermal stress distribution of brakes friction flakes, whose results showing the temperature of friction flake evenly distributed and small thermal deformation, which implying the braking stability meet the requirements.For static analysis static shell deformation is too large and natural frequency of the static shell may cause brake issues such as noise and vibration, in order to brakes structure is more reasonable, with size optimization method of static shell for structural improvements to get the most static shell excellent design; on the basis of the material cost savings, use the genetic algorithm based on MATLAB toolbox to optimize parameters of powder flakes and steel flakes of this multi-plate brakes in order to achieve the best braking performance, use hybrid multi-objective optimization model the way to make brake meet the requirements of various indicators.
