In this context, flue gasdenitrification transformation project is imperative, and the thermal power plantflue gas denitrification long reconstruction project construction period, a largeinvestment, energy consumption, difficult to measure the cost of operations in thelatter part of the working process. This requires us tothe project before the implementation of the project to make scientific assessment,as far as possible to ensure that the project can really create a proper economicbenefit, social benefit after being put into operation.The article take the multi-level fuzzy analysis model to evaluate BaodingCoal-burning Plant Flue Gas Denitrification Transformation Project. Not onlyfrom the point of view of single factor index, the economic benefits of the project,social benefit and Technical indicators,analysis the feasibility of the project, atthe same time carries on the appraisal to the project as a whole by using themethod of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, ensure thescientific, objectivity of evaluation results. In recent years, with the developmentof China’s economy and improvement of people’s living standard, people paymore attention to the quality of life, air quality has great effect on the quality oflife, the flue gas denitration project of thermal power plant must implement,ashigh air pollution enterprises. This paper first analyzes the status quo ofdevelopment of the related theory of project evaluation and the theory at homeand abroad; secondly, the theoretical basis and the steps of modeling themultilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model; then, analysis of thecomprehensive evaluation of technical conditions, eight stage flue gas denitrationrenovation project of Baoding thermal power plant economic benefits, socialbenefits for the below lay basis; finally, according to the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the comprehensive evaluation theory tovalidate the theory of denitration renovation projects on the eight stage flue gasin Baoding power plant. Through this study confirmed that the multi-level fuzzycomprehensive evaluation model can be well applied to China’s thermal powerflue gas denitration project pre evaluation, the possibility for the implementationof the project to provide scientific proof. |
