Abstract:Down-the-hole drill dust catching cover is an important part of a dust removal system,recently there are serious leaks in the practical work. To reduce dust pollution, improving collection efficiency, combined with Hunan Science and Technology Key Project "Integrated hydraulic DTH drilling", based on type SWDE120DTH drilling to catch dust cover as the research object, systematically research dust catching cover internal flow field and the influence of structure parameters of it.Establishing DTH drill by pro/e software to catch dust cover the simplified physical model, simulating dust catching cover inside the complex flow field, using the computational fluid dynamics CFD software Fluent set grid computing domain and turbulence model, for catching dust cover gas flow field numerical simulation analysis, to provide a reference for further study of dust catching cover trapping properties.For dust catching cover different structural parameters (cylinder height H, cylinder diameter D3, exhaust pipes and exhaust A dip tube diameter D4) using simulation software for numerical simulation analysis; to reduce leakage proportion for the purpose of dust catching cover, using simulated data through the establishment of a polynomial regression equation matlab software, the use of multi-objective optimization function fmincon solving optimization results obtained.Dust catching cover for the gas-solid two-phase study trapping performance, create a physical model optimized using the DPM model white coupled by Euler-Lagrangian simulation study of dust particles caught in the dust cover distribution and sports law. Study of particle parameters and operating parameters on properties of capture, Studies have shown that with increasing particle size and particle concentration, the trapping efficiency is decreased.In order to SWDE120DTH drill dust removal system for experimental platform, dust removal system tested under good conditions tightness, the accuracy of the dust removal system tightness test to prove the experiment, the experimental results show that the trapping efficiency of different particle concentration on the impact of law and numerical simulation results are basically the same effectively verify the correctness of the numerical simulation.
