Study On The Construction Of Ecological Compensation Mechanism In China’s Coal Mining

Important production base of China’s current coal mostly in the Northwest, most of itsmines are ecological environment is fragile, sensitive ecological niche characteristics, andcoal-based mining of mineral resources will inevitably lead to the deterioration of theecological surrounding the mine, the gradual desertification of land. Desertification due tolack of ecological compensation mechanism, making the practice of ecological compensationin China’s coal mining industry is the lack of institutional system protection. Construction ofcoal mining and desertification, ecological compensation mechanism must rely on therelevant laws and regulations to improve. To this end, the author of the coal mining industryas a starting point to explore the construction of coal mining to build the significance ofecological compensation mechanism is demonstrated to improve China’s coal resourcesexploitation desertification ecological compensation system path, and provides a typical caseand the specific countermeasures.
