Ecological sensitivity evaluation of ecological environment is the basis for division, isalso an important part of the ecosystem assessment, it is the reaction of the regional situationon their ability to adapt to external interference. Ecological sensitivity evaluationenvironment for regional ecological function zoning, the development of the city’senvironmental policy has a very important practical significance.Subject to a lot of eco-environmental sensitivity factor, which is the product of thecombined effects of multiple factors. From the perspective of systems engineering, inaccordance with the requirements of the theory of AHP evaluation factors to select theappropriate eco-environmental sensitivity of the land Jintan evaluated. Select the waterenvironment, geological hazards, land use type, cultivated land fertility evaluation factor offour, comprehensive evaluation from a single factor evaluation to multiple factors. And theuse of object-oriented classification method to extract land-use types, extraction resultsdirectly involved in the evaluation process of land ecological sensitivity.When selecting evaluation methods, give full consideration to the existing evaluationmethods, combining ecological environment Jintan choose Jintan objective evaluationmethods better reflect the actual situation, the use of GIS software provides the area ofstatistical methods to evaluate factors superimposed variation coefficient method to determinethe weighting factor to the village for the evaluation unit of land ecological environmentJintan carried out an objective evaluation.Sensitive land ecological environment evaluation results show that the highly sensitivearea accounted for28.17%of the total area, moderately sensitive area accounted for35.57%of the total area, low sensitive areas accounted for15.11%of the total area, is not sensitivearea accounting for35.57%of the total area. High sensitive area which is mainly distributedin straight Town, Zhu Town, referring to the former town and Lake Changdang four regions,strong ecological sensitivity of the region, to strengthen protection; in sensitive areas mainlyin gold towns, Yao Town and Rulin Town, development intensity is not too high, not low-sensitive areas and sensitive areas are mainly located in the city center and Xue town Jintan,may be appropriate for development.District Combination of Statistics and the coefficient of variation of the sensitivity of themethod applied to the evaluation of land ecological environment, making more objectiveevaluation results, to better reflect the real environmental problems.Object-oriented information extraction method can quickly extract the data from theland use types in remote sensing images. Compared with traditional pixel-basedclassification methods, object-oriented classification method can fully tap the wealth ofhigh-resolution remote sensing image information, which greatly improves the extraction accuracy of land use types. Object-oriented information extraction method can be based ondifferent land use types, from the spectrum, texture, shape and other characteristics ofinformation starting to build the classification tree method is more in line with theclassification of human cognitive processes of things.Extraction results of land use types can be directly involved in the evaluation process ofland ecological sensitivity, making the evaluation process more convenient, theobject-oriented classification method applied to the evaluation of land ecological sensitivity tothe environment, making the evaluation process more convenient data acquisition fully tapthe advantages of remote sensing data to obtain information.Research on GIS and RS will study methods for combining ecological sensitivityevaluation of the land, not only fully exploit the information of remote sensing data, andmake full use of GIS spatial analysis functions, improve the ecological environment of thesensitivity of the land can be evaluated interoperability, simplify the evaluation process,making the evaluation results more in line with objective facts that can provide help forregional ecological function zoning.
