The tin-plating membrane is the protection performance or the functionality tinoverburden layer, which covers on the surface of the metal product or the part withthe electro-chemical means, it is easy to spread, to print, to be widely used in food,drink, atomization, the chemical paint packing and each kind of anticorrosionequipment manufacture with good corrosion resistance. But tin-plates film thicknessis also an important target to weight the quality of the tin plate, this article proposedtin-plating film thickness examination analysis topic based on the coulomb method.through the research of each kind of metal plating film thickness examinationmethod.Tin-plating film thickness examination methods are respectively different,according to the equipment the influence, they are mainly divided into the damageexamination and lossless examines two big kinds, in which lossless examinationmainly using the electric-magnetic method, the acoustic method and the opticsprinciple carries on the examination to the coating thickness, but harms theexamination then mainly includes the chemolysis law and the electrolytic process.This topic uses the sacrifice anode electrolysis the coulomb law, the measurementresult is accurate, also has certain feasibility and the promotion application value.This topic is to raise based on the industrial production in the examinationapplication, its basic condition is under the constant current, the normal temperatureand atmospheric pressure, taking the tin plate as the anode, the graphite as thenegative pole electrolysis to electrolytic the tin plate, using differential potentialmethod to judge the electrolysis end point, it is based on the Faraday’s law ofelectrolysis proposed the coulomb method basic principle, namely in the electrolysisprocess consumes the electric quantity and the dissolved consumption tin-platingquantity is proportional, finally then calculates the tin-plating membrane based onthe tin-plating quantity thickness. This article introduced with emphasis in thisprinciple foundation the numerical control constant current design, the differential potential method mentality as well as the electrolysis time accurate gain and so on,has overcome the traditional electric potential jump law judgment time not preciseflaw, solved has plated the tin plate each contact surface lamination the difficultproblem.
