| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the pollution in the past due to theextensive mode of production has been unable to meet the country’s requirements forenvironmental protection, in particular thermal power electrical equipment can noteffectively reduce dust in the flue gas dust content. Therefore, the research anddevelopment of new dust removal equipment not only in response to a national call toreduce emissions of air pollution, it is an urgent demand for thermal plant.With the high efficiency, adaptability, flexibility, simple structure and stability, Bagfilter has been increasingly widely used. The suitable purification and designing eminentcleaning dust system are two key factors that bag filter can meet the production of thethermal plant. Filter-bag material directly determined life-span of filter-bag and flue gasdust removal efficiency, and the cleaning system is to ensure that the device canefficiently remove dust. Dust-cleaning depends on the scientific nature of cleaningsystem design, including cleaning agencies and control.The locating chambered reverse blow cleaning system suffer from high failure rateand high inlet-outlet differential pressure of bag filter in the application in600WMthermal plant, this paper detailedly analyze the problem. According to the understandingof the cleaning system, we find the solution to solve the problem, one si improvement ofthe dust removal equipment and another is control way optimization of cleaning system.This method keep the cleaning system of bag filter stable operation and meet therequirement of environment of the emission of the thermal plant. It lays a solidfoundation for the emission reduction for the twelfth five-year-plan, and has a greatreferring significance for other electric power enterprises in our country. |
