In recent years,with the development of the coal mining technology and coal mining equipment constantly updating in our country, the raw coal production has improved constantly. So it puts forward higher requirements on coal transportation equipment.Steel cord belt conveyor system has been widely used in coal mining enterprises, reliability and stable operation of the steel cord belt conveyor has important practical significance to maintain the normal coal mine production.But In the process of using high load for a long time, the strength of the steel cord belt will descend, combined with the steel wire core may have some defects such as rubber corrosion damage and rope broken wires, steel cord belt broken accident happen occasionally. Once the steel cord belt accident appeard, coal production enterprises will bear huge economic loss and even cause casualties.At present,for the test of the steel cord belt, testing person general use artificial detection combined with non-destructive testing to judge the state and maintain the steel cord belt.The accuracy of the artificial testing is affected by human factors,also have large workload and low efficiency. Nondestructive testing methods can be roughly divided into magnetic testing, eddy current testing, X ray testing,etc. The traditional testing methods in steel cord belt early diagnosis are still insufficient. Metal magnetic memory testing technology as the only effective early fault diagnosis technology, make up for the deficiency of the traditional testing method in early diagnosis. Metal magnetic memory testing can not only diagnose the macroscopic damage defect effectively,but also has the very good detection ability to the developing micro defects.In this paper, on the basis of the steel cord belt testing technology research at home and abroad, detailed analyse the mechanism and characteristics of the steel cord belt fault, discuss the mechanism of metal magnetic memory testing and analyse the feasibility of magnetic memory testing technology on steel cord belt. On the basis of traditional metal magnetic memory testing criterion proposed one signal analysis method based on a graphical detection criterion of metal magnetic memory testing, through the measurement and calculation obtain the magnetic memory damage coefficient,achieve the quantitative detection of metal magnetic memory testing.Using the anisotropic magneto magnetic resistance sensor to design a magnetic memory testing device.Using vector synthesis method to extract tangential component signals and normal component signals. In laboratory environment,using the testing device design a magnetic memory testing experiment for the steel cord belt and achieve good effect.
