As the increasing depth of coal face of and complexity of geological conditions, Leaving in part traditional pillar roadway to maintain not only waste a lot of coal resources, but makes coal low productivity.. In order to improve the level of mechanized caving intensive production, many mines are currently using gob-side entry retained technical maintenance of roadway.This technique has the advantages:Tunneling rate is significantly reduced, coal recovery rate improve, mining to replace conflict eased, significantly improved social and economic benefits, reduce the mine natural disasters. Mechanized Caving Gob has thick coal seam, leaving a large section of roadway roof for the coal and other characteristics, These characteristics result in fully mechanized caving Gob rock deformation, easily broken rock, key technology of mechanized caving Gob is the protection of lane roadway support, so the research of major significance for the support. In this paper, Wangzhuang Mining of Lu’an Group is the engineering background, For mechanized caving Gob of the above characteristics, through the study of rock roadway activity patterns and load regular, Using Modeling and numerical similar method to verify the feasibility of fully mechanized caving Gob and determine a reasonable filling parameters. The main contents and results are as follows:(1) According to the law of collapse and fracture characteristics of roof, this paper presents Gob "big structures" and "small construction", Large diagonal structure roof beam structural stability after the formation of rock fracture rotating sinking,"Small structure" in the anchor (cable) the impact of the roadway in the basic roof cantilever forming a stable structure formation, Along the empty lane in the crucial "big structures" position to stay, while stable of "small structure" play a fundamental role to affect the whole of Gob. Analysis Gob rock activity rule to establish the mechanical structure of the model as a theoretical basis for support design.(2) Forms of this article Roadway is Bolt (Cable) support, based on a lot of practical experience, this kind of support for stabilizing the roadway play a good role, supporting the form is setted to a constant, this paper studied the effect of Gob by varying the width of the adjacent lane filling in this article.The combination of theory and practical engineering regularity, this paper proposes three support programs, Option one:Roadway using anchor rod (sok) support, set2.0m concrete the filler mass beside the roadway:Option two:Roadway using anchor rod (sok) support, set2.5m concrete the filler mass beside the roadway; Option three:Roadway using anchor rod (sok) support, set3.0m concrete the filler mass beside the roadway.(3) Using1800mm X160mm X1500mm similar model test frame of Mining Craft Research Institute of Taiyuan University of echnology to simulate the construction site, By filling the width of the model aircraft2m,2.5m,3m three specific studies to determine the optimal filling body width.(4) Select FLAC3D numerical simulation software of the finite difference procedures,to study changes of rock of programs support above three. Get the optimal solution for Option Two, and verify its support Gob rationality.
