At present the world’s large-scale thermal power generating units desulfurizationsystem for more than85%of the wet desulfurization, because of its expensiveequipment investment, high operation cost, especially the water consumption is large,can not get effective use in drought and water shortage area, which makes the dry(semidry) desulfurization technology gradually become the main direction of theworld.In this paper, taking a certain power plant2*660MW unitcirculating fluidizedbed dry process desulphurization system as an example, first introducedthe characteristics of dry desulfurization system of circulating fluidized bed(CFB-FGD), the control points, and then study the design and application of thecontrol system of the desulfurization.The large thermal power unit of circulating fluidized beddesulfurization by TwinTowers design, design of the controlsystem has its particularity. This paper from thehardware design of the control system of desulfurization, followed by the introductionof the sequence control, automatic control system design, the debuggingmethod, influence on the desulfurizationsafety, economic operation of single, TwinTowers switching control design is elaborated.Finally, combined with the practical application effect of power plant, thecontrol system can meet the need of circulating fluidized bed desulfurization TwinTowers control, reducing the energy consumption level, the desulfurizationefficiency is satisfied, emissions to meet environmental requirements.
