In the structure of thedesulfurization tower, by way of add deflector at the inlet, to distribute the airflow, sothat the desulfurization agent used more fully, and the efficiency is more high. In thispaper, simulate the flow field of circulating fluidized bed desulfurization tower byusing Fluent software in vivo, by use of different baffles to observe the uniformity oftheir simulated contours and choose the most appropriate rehabilitation programs.In further recognized the effect of desulphurization synergist, through many testsin moisturizers, surfactants, oxidant and catalyst. The reagent which is selectedindependently of each other in the choice of reagents, and is not react chemically,stable performance, and the desulfurization efficiency can be further improvedreagent. |
