According to China Electricity Council (CEC) statistics,by the end of2009,thecapacity of equipment overall power generation in China is874100000KW, thethermal power of651080000KW. Accounts for about74.49%of total capacity. Highcoal and coal in the sulfur content of a lot of will inevitably lead to a large number ofSO2emission,SO2emission in China in1995reached23700000T, more than Europeand the United States, to become the world’s SO2emissions superpower, after years ofemissions by more than20000000T,which caused serious pollution to theenvironment, especially the SO2acute acid rain pollution increase year by year. Inorder to adapt to the need to do a good job of environmental protection fast anti war inthe electric power industry conditions, control of coal-fired power plantemissions,improve air quality and control of acid rain pollution in China, airpollutants on the thermal power plant emissions to strictly control has been crunchtime.#6,#7units in Shiliquan Power Plant installed capacity of2×300MW. project in1994started construction in March, put into operation in1996December put intooperation in1997November,#6unit,#7units. Two generating units desulfurizationproject construction of two sets of desulfurization equipment put into operation inDecember, in2006and in2007April through the acceptance of environmentalprotection. For a long time in Shiliquan Power Plant attaches great importance toenvironmental protection work,especially the pollution problem of SO2.#6,#7unitsdesulfurization technical transformation project construction of desulfurization system.But in the desulfurization equipment put into operation after the unstable coal marketsupply, power plants burning coal sulfur is sometimes more than2%,and the quantityof heat than the designed coal desulfurization device caused by low, entrance SO2concentration is much higher than the original design entrance SO2concentration, sothe power plant on the#6,#7project implementation units desulfurization unittransformation.The paper first summarized the research project of Shiliquan fire power plantdesulfurization comprehensive evaluation of the research background and significance,elaborates the basic theory knowledge of thermal power plant desulfurization processand comprehensive evaluation, and introduces the basic situation of the thermal powerplant desulfurization renovation project shiliquan. Then based on the above research,from the aspects of economic, social and environmental benefits, technicalperformance and risk,the paper establishes the evaluation index system of ShiliquanPower plant desulfurization renovation project scientific, reasonable, comprehensive,and combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the ten spring firepower plant desulfurization renovation project, evaluation results display the overalleffect the project is good, the project for the Shiliquan Power Plant is positive. At the end of the thermal power plant desulfurization project put forward problems andsuggestions,and to provide reference for the thermal power plant desulfurizationproject for the future.
