With the application of polymer flooding and poly table agent in oil production, large quantities of Wastewater containing poly, High poly sewage and Poly tables agents sewage have been produced by Daqing Oilfield and Jidong Oilfield. Because of the polymer in the water, the wastewater has changed in quality, making it difficult to separate water from oil. Besides, there is too much emulsification. Dealing with the water with the physical method and present techniques doesn’t work out well and the cost is much too high. The research adopts the biological methods, Using microorganisms to degrada the organic molecules into small molecules and using the techniques of A/O and BESI to deal with the wastewater. It works out well. In addition, BESI is based on A/O. BESI is added to what is between the anaerobic process period and aerobic process period.As for High poly sewage in Daqing oilfield, the first stage is to enhance the biological treatment of the A/O technique. HRT for48hours, the result is that96%of the oil in the oil-containing water is dismissed, suspended solids83.6%while the removal of COD, polymer and viscosity is not satisfactory. After the GC-MS analysis, there are75kinds of polluted organics in the original water of High poly sewage while67organics in anaerobic wastewater,31organics in aerobatic water. The second stage is through BESI treatment with HRT for48hours. The result is that96%of the oil in the oil-containing water is dismissed, suspended solids92.67%, COD38.54%, viscosity45.45%. By comparative analysis, the anaerobic of BESI is better than that of A/O. Therefore, the BESI technique is more effective in dealing with High poly sewage.As for Poly tables agents sewage in Daqing oilfield, the first stage is to enhance the biological treatment of the A/O technique. HRT for48hours, the result is that78.75%of the oil in the oil-containing water is dismissed, suspended solids91.37%, polymer41.35%, COD about50.09%. After the GC-MS analysis, there exist58different kinds of organics in the original water of Poly tables agents sewage,55in anaerobic water, and30in aerobatic water. The second stage is through BESI treatment, HRT for48hours. The result is that95%of the oil in the oil-containing water is dismissed, suspended solids93%, COD54.12%, viscosity45.61%. After the GC-MS analysis, there are33kinds of polluted organics in the original water of Poly tables agents sewage while34organics in anaerobic wastewater.20organics are found in BESI. The BESI technique is better at dealing with Poly tables agents sewage than A/O.At present, Wastewater containing poly has been found in Jidong Oilfield. The research simulates the field conditions and A/O is adopted. By turns, the microorganism is dealt with Wastewater containing oil,50mg/L and100mg/L Wastewater containing poly. After being processed, Wastewater containing oil meet the standard required. Wastewater containing poly of50mg/L turns out to be dealt with well as for the oil and suspended solids. But the treatment effect of the polymer and COD isn’t that good. Wastewater containing poly of100mg/L has met the standard while the suspended solids, the polymer and COD aren’t satisfyingly dealt with.The research further studies Wastewater containing poly, High poly sewage and Poly tables agents sewage with the biological method. Some positive effect has been obtained, which lays an important foundation for the handling of wastewater in reality.
