| Two-speed winch for mine is indispensably important equipment for a coalmine.It is the main auxiliary transport equipment of coal mine in our country. Becauseof the different conditions, the winch is in a backward technology level.With thedevelopment of coal mechanization, these backward equipment has been unable tomeet the requirement.So, the study of the double speed winch drive system has a greatsignificance in prompting the technilogy of double speed winch in coal mine.Based on a mining double speed winch, the transmission system design,modeling and simulation analysis were investigated systematically. The maininnovative research work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The two-speed winch using in mine was designed. This design mainlyincludes transmission scheme design, the selection of motor and the preliminarycalculations of parameters of toroid enveloping worm with straight line generatrixtransmission and cylindric gear transmission.(2)The model for the transmission system of two-speed winch has beenestablished based on Romax Designer. The main work includes the selection of shaftand bearing, the establishment of helical gears and spur gears, the installation ofconcept’s clutch and the assembling of transmission systems.(3)Work conditions like loads, rotation speed and working time of two-speedwinch are set. The impact of gears material, gearbox lubricant and misalignmentbetween gear teeth on the movement of the system have analyzed.(4)Besides that, the assurance coefficient of gear and the stress acting on gearhave been analyzed, the service life of bearing has been predicted, the strength ofshaft has been calculated and the rationality and reliability of the design has beenproven.Through the analysis, the paper will provide a modern design method for thedouble speed winch drive system of simulation and optimazation. |
