The reservoir type of Qiang1Fault Zone is tectonic lithologic reservoir, which hasgreater heterogeneity and sensitivity. The natural deliverability of the oil is low, and thedevelopment effect is poor. One of the important means to improve the effect of developmentis designing a set of waterflood technology suitable for the reservoir according to thereservoir characters.According to well test, producing test and injection test analysis, the reservoir had lownatural production ability and primary recovery, and the producing rate in vertical wasdisproportion. The absorbing capacity is strong. In the process of injection, in order todecrease kickoff pressure, the injection pressure must be increased. According to reservoircharacters, well tes tand producing test analysis, stress sensitivity, the injection type of thezone was synchronous injection. The well pattern was diamond; well spacing density was22/km2; the orientation of well alignment was304°; the well array spacing was420m×105m;On the basis of the original old well, there were56wells deployed, where the oil wells were44, and the water wells were12. According to the development proration plan, the years ofstable production were3years; integrated decrement was12%; cumulative oil production in10years was67.5×104t.The waterflood development program suitable for the zone was designed according togeologic, reservoir and fluids characteristics. The aim to enhance recovery and effectivelyprotect reservoir had been achieved.
