SO2emissions in China according to the world, in addition to its own industrial development, the developed countries to transfer hazardous waste also is the main reason that SO2emissions continue to increase. Emissions of SO2and the pollution the damage to ecological environment and human health is immeasurable. In numerous flue gas desulfurization process, wet limestone-gypsum method for its advantages of stability, high efficiency become the world’s most mature, the desulfurization technology of the most widely used.Because of the great application prospect of modified desulfurization gypsum for roadway support domain, this topic research will modified desulfurization gypsum powder concentrate as the substitute of cement, implementation of modified desulfurization gypsum based partly replace the traditional cement base composite material sprayed concrete, and applied to the mining area of the rock tunnel supporting structure in the spray layer. Prior to the engineering application, the modified desulfurization gypsum based composite material and the spray layer structure system of the physical and mechanical performance of the test and research, to analyze the feasibility of the composite material applied in rock tunnel supporting. This study hopes to make desulfurization gypsum application in structure, especially the underground supporting structure application made a certain progress and achievement.Study and put forward in this paper through the modification of desulfurization gypsum based composite material to replace cement concrete and applied in the spray layer of roadway support. Therefore, based on the modified desulfurization gypsum and borehole shotcrete used raw materials (such as cement, sand, melon seeds, accelerating agent), the experimental research method through comparative test, based on conventional cement base sprayed concrete material, the modified desulfurization gypsum based composite material as the goal, the analysis of the two materials based on physical and mechanical properties, using the test-bed for shaft wall structure model contrast test, get the supporting structure under the condition of uniform load and uneven load carrying capacity, in the process of the test structure parameters such as stress and strain characteristics. Then using ANSYS analysis software modeling, calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the mechanical properties of this kind of new wall structure. According to test results determine target material used in coal mine blasting is the feasibility of the spraying layer.
