Along with increase of depth and width of coal mine in China,kinds of problems of roadway support appear in front of us.As a low cost and effective way,postive anchor support techonology has been used widely in coal production countries.Recovery roadway with composite roof of4671B4working face with depth of-660m has been researched in Xie Yi mine of Huainan Coal Mine Group. Theoretical analysis, numerical simulation of Flac3D and field measurment have been used in order to deeply research anchor support techology on recovery roadway with composite roof in deep mine. Full length prestressed bolting mechanical model has been established in recovery roadway with composite roof,Anchor axial stress and shearing stress has been deduced of full length prestressed bolting in different status(elasticity,elatoplastic, plastic),anchor support parameter has been designed initially.Theoretical analysis has been used to optimize parameter design of anchor support and reasonable support parameter has been obtained. The design of a new type of resin anchoring agent for deep roadway bolt support,improve roadway effect, the strength of the support has been well protected.Mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock has been simulated during the stage of roadway driving and recovery in deep mine with composite roof.Meanwhile,anchor support effect has been analysed.Anchor support effect has been checked by the method of field test at last.The research result provide certain reference value for anchor parameter support in similar case.
