Aqueous two-phase extraction technique is a new extraction technology. It has security, low toxicity, easily to expand, simple and convenient, speedy and so on compared to traditional extraction technique and a high value of potential application. Conducting of the item plays an important role in promoting recycle about the lead concentrate of lead-zin ore. This is not only can optimize utilization rate of lead-zin ore resource but also expand a new method what is an environment-friendly about Pb(Ⅱ) of determination. Thus achieved maximize the value of lead-zin ore.Main project and result are as follow:1. Chocing the best handle of way is a primary key factor that it has an impact on extract lead in lead-zin Mine. This subject adopts roasting-alkali fusionmethod to leaching lead in lead-zin ore and uses atomic absorption Spectrometry to determination lead of extraction rate of lead in lead-zin ore. Find a best extract lead in lead-zin ore condiation:Lead-zin ore, calcination temperature is700℃, roasting time is20min.2. The extraction behavior of Pb (Ⅱ) is studied in aqueous two-phase system of propyl alcohol-ammonium sulfate aqueous. Experiments showed that the ion associated complex of lead-potassium iodide-PAN is extracted easily by propyl alcohol phase. The extractive rate of the [PbI4]2-complex is zero in aqueous two-phase system without PAN at pH4.4, and the ion association was almost completely extracted at the PAN medium. The maximum absorption wavelength of the stable association complex is486nm, and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is1.47×105L·mol-1·cm-1and the correlation coefficient is0.9989. Pb (Ⅱ) has a linear relationship in the range of0~1.4μg/10mL.3. The distribution behavior was studied between Chelating agent PAN (1-(2pyridine azo)-2-naphthol) and metal ion complex in the absence of ethanol water solution of (NH4)2SO4. Results showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of the association formatted is499nm, which redshift34nm compared with a, the linear correlation coefficient is0.9993and the apparent molar absorbance coefficient issingle solution. Pb (Ⅱ) has a linear relationship in the range of0~2.0μg/10mL0.95×105L·mol-1·cm-1. Pb (Ⅱ) can be extracted completely by ethanol phase in buffer solution at pH4.6. In the system, Pb2+can be dissociated completely from Mn2+、 Ni2+、 Al3+andCo2+.4. Polyethylene glycol as the organic solvent and sodium phosphate as salting-out agents is studied in this paper.Using aqueous two-phase extraction-spectrophotometry on toxic lead extraction, separation, enrichment and determination of experiment.Experiments show that when the dosage of sodium phosphate is 1.3g/10mL,the dosage of20%KI-2%Vc is0.40mL,PAN is0.40mL,KCl-HCl buffer soluation is0.20mL(pH=1.5) and the reaction time control at60min.The toxic lead extraction, aqueous two-phase system has the highest, and thus achieve the goal of effective extraction of toxic lead.5. The author gives an overview on the achievements in this thesis. The advantage of ion association extraction is stability and satisfactory. Aqueous two-phase extraction technology has many advantages, such as clear, no reverse extraction, environmental friendly and so on. These advantages makes aqueous two-phase extraction technology becoming more and more popular in recently years, and aqueous two-phase eatraction technology is also a separation technology development tendency.
