| This paper mainly studies the influence of oil film to port marineenvironment under the simulation of operation oil spill accident and marineperil oil spill accident of300,000tons of crude oil terminal via oil spillmodel, as well as the corresponding prevention and countermeasures. Itelaborated the natural environment, hydro-meteorological conditions,behavior and status of oil spill in marine environment, and basic principleof oil spill diffusion model. It can exert important role in improving theprevention and coping capability of oil spill pollution of Yantai Port,and perfecting the emergency plan on oil spill pollution of port area.Meanwhile, it has reference role on similar types of oil port. The firstpart introduced the research background and aim of this paper. The secondpart elaborated the status of Yantai Port and crude oil terminal port,including the basic condition of port, natural environment and varioushydro-meteorological elements of300,000tons of crude oil terminal. Thethird part analyzed the harm of oil spill pollution to port area and oilspill drifting behavior. The fourth part expounded on the principle of oilspill model, including operation oil spill accident and marine peril oilspill accident; and analyzed the influence of oil spill to port area fromthe angle of oil particle track prediction and oil film ocean coverageprediction by applying oil particle diffusion model. Basing on predictingand analyzing oil film ocean coverage and diffusion area at different timeafter the occurrence of oil spill accident, the fifth part proposed somecountermeasures on port prevention and emergency treatment, so as tocomprehensively perfect port emergency system and strengthen the emergencycapability of port. The final part of this paper conducted comprehensivesummarization on this paper. |
