This paper describes the development of the current research status refrigerated trucks, and the recent emerging liquefied natural gas refrigerated trucks made a key research and analysis. Refrigerated trucks on the advantages and disadvantages of various types of profile analysis, a detailed analysis of the major natural gas liquids recovery cold storage refrigerated trucks feasibility and economic advantages, and intuitive to use actual case specific and mechanical refrigerated trucks, cold storage plate refrigerated trucks, refrigerated trucks liquid nitrogen and dry ice refrigerated trucks to do the contrast of the economic aspects, highlighting the economic advantages of LNG refrigerated trucks. Finally, there are loads ANSYS simulation software and generator compartment cooling performance simulation of heat transfer through the line, and for lack of a corresponding improvement program designed to further improve the cooling effect of refrigerated trucks. In this paper one hand by an economic case study was then conducted for the seesal trucks from the initial investment, depreciation rate of equipment, repair cost, operation cost, etc. The cold storage plate refrigerated truck and liquid natural gas refrigerated trucks are shown to be highly economic advantaged, Considerring the energy saving and environment-friendly aspects, these two refrigerated trucks could be reasonable future development directions to meet the increasing needs of refrigerated transportion market. Other hand, by using ANSYS software simulation of different air flow into the inlet air temperature and the different cooling capacity envelope to explore the relationship between the analysis of LNG refrigeration compartment body temperature distribution and air flow distribution, heat exchangers for refrigeration car carburetor parts case simulations demonstrate its feasibility. Analysis found that inlet air volume, air temperature, and the relationship between cooling capacity, so we can transport refrigerated goods when the goods stored under refrigeration temperatures and the required cooling capacity, the reasonable control of fan flow, has been to achieve the best cooling results.
