| The adverse events caused by the pesticides residue in the traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) have become one of the severe obstacles which curbed the export of the TCM. In order to realize the internationalization and modernization of TCM, and gain greater market share of TCM, much more attention should be paied to solve the serious pollution and pesticides residue problem of TCM. To insure the safety of TCM, more sensitive and efficient methods should be developed for the determination of pesticides residue in TCM.The thesis is focusing on the investigation of analytical methods of organonitrogen pesticides residue in TCM by capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) technique. The main contents are as follows:1. A CE-MS method coupled with matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction (MSPDE) was proposd to determinate four organonitrogen pesticides in Lysimachiae Herba. The four organonitrogen pesticedes studied were well separated in less than16minutes. The calibration curves were within the range of0.0500~5.0μg/ml, with correlation coefficients (r) being0.9972~0.9994.The average recoveries were in the range of66.3%~95.1%. The LODs of these pesticides were20.0~20.3μg/kg. The method was applied to analyzing pesticides residue in4batches of Lysimachiae Herba, residue of carbendazim was found in Lysimachiae Herba from Sichuan region, and the residue level was below the limit of quantitation (LOQ).2. A quick and reliable CE-MS method was developed for the determination of eleven organonitrogen pesticides in Chrysanthemi Flos. The calibration curves were within the range of0.0200~10.1μg/ml, with correlation coefficients (r) being0.9909~0.9970. The eleven organonitrogen pesticedes studied were well separated in less than20minutes, and the average recoveries were in the range of68.5%~98.5%. The LODs of these pesticides were5.01~20.1μg/kg. The method was applied to analyzing pesticides residue in Chrysanthemi Flos, residue of carbendazim was found in Chrysanthemi Flos from Zhejiang region, and the residue level was determinated as3.39±0.23μg/g.3. A repeatable and efficient CE-MS method was established for the determination of nineteen organonitrogen pesticides in Paeoniae Radix Alba in this thesis. The calibration curves were within the range of0.0101~5.08μg/ml, with correlation coefficients (r) being0.9918~0.9986. The average recoveries were in the range of80.1%~108.4%. The limits of detection (LODs) of nineteen pesticides were0.503~10.1μg/kg. The method was applied to analyzing pesticides residue in19batches of Paeoniae Radix Alba, and no residue of these pesticides was found. |
