High frequency jet flow experiment device controlled by micro pulse jet combustionis a kind of jet and the flame of innovative active control method, what can maximumlimit in the limited time to improve the adequacy of the fuel combustion and stability,reduce the combustion products to the environment pollution, finally realize make fulluse of resources, the control method and the rationality of the system, stability in solvinggas fuel mix combustion plays a decisive role, so exploring the high frequency jetexperiment device control method and the system has important engineering significanceand academic significance.First of all, in this paper, by collecting a large number of reference literatures weknow that the conventional PID control is not ideal in the control of the preciseinstrument effect because of high nonlinearity, uncertainty and lag time domaincharacteristics. On the basis of the analyzing the high frequency jet flow experimentdevice structure, working principle and the principle, key technology and core parts ofthe control system (DC servo motor, controller) selection on control method, the fuzzyadaptive intelligent control method is proposed.Second, DC servo motor (RBE-03010-C00) as a direct drive high frequency jetflow experiment device transmitted pulse micro fluidic component, its speed stability,less overshoot and micro fluidic pulse frequency constant has a direct relationship.Based on the speed of fuzzy adaptive PID controller and current controller of doubleclosed loop control method in MATLAB/Simulink to establish the DC servo motorcontrol system model and simulation, the results show that the control method of fuzzyadaptive controller really achieve the effect of making the dc servo motor speed strongstability, less overshoot and fast system response, meet the requirements of controlsystem.Then, DSP (TMS320LF2407A) controller as high-frequency jet flow experimentdevice control system hardware architecture of the core components, the combination ofits hardware and software can make the dc servo motor driver high-frequency jetexperiment device transmitting frequency constant of pulse jet. To meet the requirementsof the control system, this paper USES the Altium Designer to design the control system,the minimum hardware system circuit, the main power circuit, and in CCS3.3DSP development platform, design the control system of main program and interruptsubroutine, control calculate way, enables the effective combination of up to therequirement of control system.At the end of the article some experimental device for high frequency jet in practicalcontrol system for debugging and analysis, debugging results show that in the range ofallowable error, this paper design the control system can completely meet therequirements of the key technology of high frequency jet flow experiment device. |
