National Nature Reserve of Inner Mongolia Daqingshan, is a greatprotection to protect rare and endangered species, mountain forest, shrub-steppe ecosystems and water conservation.It is more important in proctectingmountainous forest nature reserves, which currently the largest NationalNature Reserve in Inner Mongolia, where species-rich, complex amount ofinformation, and supporting information management lags behind, however,because of the lack of modern information management, the traditionalreserve management information system has been unable to meet the dailymanagement of nature reserves, the urgent need to modernize the informationmanagement system. With the develoment of the informationtechnology,which has become the general trend of today’s world economicand social development, human beings will enter the context of theinformation age, build information platform in the management andprotection of nature reserves, the realization of digital management andmonitoring system, establish and promote digital technology has becomenature reserves to strengthen and improve the modernization of China’s naturereserves of important content and trends.The article is based on the point, research and design of digital integratedfunctional structure and framework of digital integrated Daqingshan mountainNational Nature Reserve Management information work platform, and use ofGIS, programming, monitoring and database technology combined withresearch and development to achieve large Castle Country Nature Reservedigital integrated management information work platform, which effectivecontrol of protected areas, and to provide decision support for protected areamanagement.The main contents of the paper are:1、 Database Construction Established the required database for large digital integrated workingplatform database management information of Daqingshan mountainNational Nature Reserve: Using Oracle database storage and management ofspatial data and non-spatial data, spatial data via ArcSDE connection.Acquisition and processing of various types of data, content and steps neededto study the text, as follows: UAV aerial data acquisition processinghigh-resolution imagery and DEM data; collect original DLG data extractedfrom digital management of protected areas needed to figure workingplatform layer data, and updated based on the integration of image processingand topology; collect basic information DAQINGSHAN National NatureReserve, organize protection zone file data; map slice data, includingelectronic maps with maps, publishing services, such as setting scale slice;monitoring data collection; meta data collection content.2、 Digital Integrated management information and work platformconstruct of Daqingshan mountain National Nature ReserveSelect B/S development model to ArcGIS Server&. NET developmentplatform, with C#&Javascript for the development of language, the choiceof WebGIS technology development to achieve a working platform, the textfrom the platform design principles, technical route, the platform overallarchitecture to achieve functional, platform development environment andmonitoring technology point of view the detailed design and discussion.3、Daqingshan mountain National Nature Reserve digital integratedmanagement information work platform achieved.Each implementation platform designed online maps, recordsmanagement, monitoring and management, spatial analysis, printout andmaintenance management functions, along with the function codes.Online map function to invoke and dynamic map tiles and servicescombined, set the switch to display vector and image maps, layermanagement, measurement, information inquiry, plotting and positioningfunctions.File management features include file protected areas, planting of plant materials, soil and weather data.Monitoring and management, including video surveillance monitoringand inspection of two, real-time video images or information call the patrolrangers who sent back and can locate on the map, PTZ control, by two points,and so positioning method to locate fire incident point and can display thecoordinates and elevation slope aspect and so on.Spatial analysis, including analysis of the surrounding environmentshape and statistical analysis.The output function can be output to print or print image files, charts,and so on.Maintenance management features include user management, datamaintenance.Finally, a summary of the text of the work, this paper discusses theimplementation platform capabilities and deficiencies pointed out thedirection for further research in the future.
