Combinedwith the research results of Hebei province marine environmental pollution andexperts and scholars in Hebei Province, the pollution of the marine environment indexis picked up and the mechanism model of Hebei Province is established. In order tofind the relationship between the key factors and pollution of the marine environment,using the method of principal component analysis reduce the dimension, simplify theprocessing of each index. Then the model of Hebei Province is established by usingthe main factors selected.
