Abstract:With the increasing drilling depth and the formation of complex, traditional drilling tools can obtain high recovery rate only from the complete and good lithology. But for the loose and broken formation, core-take-rate is difficult to meet the requirement, even it can’t take the core. While it is possible to improve the recovery of core cooperated with every diamond tools and no-pump drilling tools, but it does not fundamentally solve the problem of low coring rate in loose and broken strata. The basic reason of take rate reduced greatly is that the core is hard to intact into the core tube, or their hearts card device makes it difficult to block up the core when it entered in the tube, or the core is lost serious in the process of put up the drill.In order to solve the problem of low core rate in the loose and broken formation.the author of this paper developed a new double-barreled and double-acting coring tool which combined with traditional double-action two pipe drilling tool and the working principle of local precipitation coring reverse circulation through the theoretical analysis, fabrication and design.Topic discussed the design of the drilling tools’solution and parameters. And then we concluded of the optimum drilling parameters and relevant operation technology by researched on the drilling technology. Finally by tacking the drill tool with precipitation method in Malaysia loose and broken of difficult coring drilling formation, it was concluded that the tool can significantly improve the core rate, prolong the service life of drill bit, improve the quality of drilling, and improve drilling efficiency et al.The results of this study was that the new type of double-barreled and double-acting coring tool can effectively solve the problem of coring difficulties in loose and broken formation of Malaysia, at the same time, it is practical guiding significance to the drilling enterprise for the future.
