Swine wastewater is a special wastewater with features of high COD content, highNH3-N content and low C/N, which is difficult to reach the standard while usingconventional anaerobic-aerobic treatment method. Because of which, a portfoliotreatment process of "EGSB+bio-contact oxidation+MBR" is proposed to treat swinewastewater, studied the performance of the portfolio process of COD and ammonianitrogen, analyzed the affect of factors of HRT in EGSB, reflux ratio of EGSB, liquidupflow velocity of EGSB, pH in biological contact oxidation pond, DO in biologicalcontact oxidation pond, pH in MBR and DO in MBR to the portfolio process. Byorthogonal test, finding the optimal operating parameters of the portfolio process, andverified in engineering practice, research on the performance of portfolio process.Experimental results show that:(1) When the raw water of COD, ammonia, SS was5000mg/L,600mg/L,800mg/L, the portfolio process effluent COD, ammonia, SS concentration of ratio of292.4mg/L,46.5mg/L,1~4mg/L, removal rates were94.2%,92.3%,99.5%,water quality have reached the Guangdong Province " emission standards for livestockand poultry breeding "(DB44/613-2009) emission standards.(2) Optimal operating parameters "EGSB++MBR combination of biologicalcontact oxidation process " for swine wastewater treatment: HRT of EGSB is3h, refluxratio of EGSB is2:1, EGSB liquid upflow velocity is2.3m/h, pH of biological contactoxidation pond is7~8, DO of biological contact oxidation pond is3~4mg/L, pH ofMBR is6.5~7, DO of MBR is2~4mg/L.
