Alkali/surfactant/polymer ASP flooding is a mature technology in tertiary diplacement. As it has a lot of disadvandages, however, it is difficult to be used for promotion in terms ofindustrialization such as be incompetent on dealing with produced liquid. The alkali will bemade substantial effects on the formation too. In contrast, non-alkali interfacial tension ofpolymer/surfactant flooding, not only make the viscoelastic polymer extremely well, but theinterfacial tension can be maintained in10-3mN/m magnitude. Because of existing surfactantsand polymers composed of binary systems that it is not able to reach a comprehensive effectof ASP flooding, needful to develop novel non-alkali surfactant. In this paper, with aliphatic amine, methyl acrylate, sodium hydroxide, diethanolamineand methanol as raw materials, by using Michael addition reaction, hydrolysis andtransesterification reaction, the use of infrared and nuclear magnetic resonancecharacterization of product structure, determined the optimal reaction conditions usingorthogonal experiment and responsed surface analysis experiments.Surface tension was measured by a surface tensionmetry, and compared to conventionalsurfactants, these six novel non-alkali surfactants have a low surface tension and criticalmicelle concentration, the minimum CMC and γcmc are respectively as1.5×10-4mol/L and30.014mN/m. Meanwhile, studing on the foam, emulsifying performance, and interfacialtension with Daqing crude oil under the45℃, some surfactants make the oil-water to achieveultra-low interfacial tension (10-3mN/m), When the line ratio at4:1and5:1with alkylbenzene sulfonate, the interfacial tension was reduce to10-4mN/m. Inspected the effects ofsalt, alkali concentration and temperature on the performance of complex systems.
