It has been severely affected by the plugged oil wells production capacity in thedevelopment process of oil field. Due to advantage of easy to operate, simple to construct andobviously effect to remove plug, therefore the pressure pulse plugging technology is widelyused in each big oil field. Until now, there are still some blank for the theory of pulseplugging technology need to be filled. Therefore, we will do some specific research of thepressure pulse plugging technology from the aspects of numerical simulation. The pressurepulse generator triggered wellbore water hammer by the pressure pulse plugging technology.The water hammer was spreaded from liquid level to bottom hole, and then to formation. Thistopic will be the pressure pulse tube plugging device as the research object, established itssimplified model two-dimensional flow field and three-dimensional structure model. Thecompiler can achieve device UDF sphere complex state of motion, application dynamic meshof the pulse tube through Fluent unsteady flow was simulated and to study the internalstructure of the chamber, to analyze the impact of the flow field structure size rule.Byconvection field pressure, velocity and import-sectional physical monitoring equipmentinstallation depth research and analysis, work flow, pressure relief device structure and theformation process of the pressure shocks field were investigated. Reveal the pulse tubeworking mechanism, and promote understanding of the pressure pulse plugging the nature oftechnology, optimize the structure of the pulse tube design basis and direction for the pressurepulse plugging technology and its theoretical foundation dynamics simulations. |
