Research And Application On The Acidizing Technology Of Honggang Oilfield

Acidification is the dissolution and denudation of rock cementation or blockage insidethe formation pore and fracture by acid, restore or improve the permeability of pore andfracture.Production process of oil and gas wells, acidification are already used, the hydraulicfracturing and other technology are used for only a few years, but acidification is a oil and gasproduction measure used since last century, the first acid processing operations began in1895.At present, acidification account for40%of total amount of measures, it is the main wayto improve the production of oil wells. This paper compares the effect of acidizing inHonggang oilfield in recent years: the contrast of block effect and construction team results,determine the block which is better for acidification, and the construction team which caneffectively improve the production of oil wells. According to the reservoir properties andsensitivity, sums up the principle and experience of well selection, using fitting decline curve,determine the output state in accordance with the law of diminishing, predict the productioneffect.Through the analysis of many acidification accident well, we found out that there arethree aspects can cause operation after acidification: slow pump leakage caused by residualacid flow back, operation pollution, two time precipitation, aiming at the three aspects, westudied some specific solution, adjusting the drug and acidification process, improve theground equipment utilization will reduce the acidizing well accident rate.Honggang oilfield consists of several blocks, the study of formation plugging type ineach block, water quality and scaling can effectively guide the acidizing, through specificresearch on a few big block, determine the acidizing recipe type of each block, the system ofacidizing recipe and optimum acidizing radius.
