Oilfield developments undergo water flooding stage. Water flooding has become a maintechnical measure in field development to improve production and recovery in the latter part.Currently, oil exploration has entered the late period. Water content in crude oil is very high,can reach70%~90%. After oil/water separation, there would produce large amounts of oilwater. The oil water would cause serious harm to environment and society and has seriouseconomic loss without treatment. The treatment problem of oil water is a major issue inoilfields.In this paper,30key-points of four finely treated oil water stations (Song yilian, Xusanlian, Sheng yilian (original, extended) and Yong yilian) in the8thoil factory in DaqingOilfield and11key-points of two finely treated oil water stations (Song erlian and Zhao yilian)in MofanTun oilfield as the research objects, the water quality has been chemical diagnosticfor a more comprehensive analysis, The salinity, suspended solids, median particle diameter,and the content of sulfur and oil content is measured through different key-points in differentfinely treated oil water stations in the laboratory. The main factors that affecting oil waterquality and the water quality deterioration factions have been find out. The chemicaldiagnostic has been measured for the deterioration factions. The water quality impacts controlfactors have been find out. The technical solution has been optimized for finely treated oilwater stations to provide preferred method of cleaning technology.This paper presents the concept of oilfield chemicals diagnosis and promotes technology.By modern means of chemical analysis instruments and a comprehensive chemicaldiagnostics, this paper defined the oil water deterioration factors mainly including theinfluence of temperature, suspended solids, salinity, bacteria, oil content and water treatmentprocesses. The deterioration mechanism is various deterioration factors made the dispersed inwater had not been flocculated down to the tiny solid particles reimplemented flocculationunder suitable temperature and time. The suspended solids increased affecting water quality.The optimized technical solutions have been provided to improve water quality foraccelerating water treatment process. The solutions are intermittent mention warm tap waterrinse or an appropriate increased temperature, monitoring and optimizing the aeration tanksand aeration than backwash parameters, a single pump single line on a single tank of dosingmethods, in the upstream drainage water treatment station or dehydration inhibitor dosing station and reducing the impact of salinity on the back of injected water quality.
