The reservior of Du jiatai located in the north of Nouth of Huanxiling Oil Field,the depth of the reservior is between1800m to3100m,the area of the reservior is37.2km2, IOIP is2409×104t.The block began to exploite in1979.Now, the exploitation of the thin oil of the Nouth of Huanxiling Oil Field goes into the intermediary and later stage,the output goes down year by year,and now there are302wells, the number of producing wells are161.The block produces532t liquid and187t oil, and water content ratio is65.1%.Due to the reservior’s physical property, connectivity, etc, the block didn’t proceed waterflood development for long time, which caused the reservior’s pressure down by a wide margin, now the ratio of the average of the reservior’s pressure with the initial reservoir pressure is55%.The dynamic liquid level decreases (the dynamic liquid level is1986m on average), oil well production decreased (the average daily fluid3.2t). In order to ensure the oil production stable, pump hanging continues to deepen, according to incomplete statistics, the average pump hanging has deepened to2260m. Pump setting depth of the pumping system is further complicated, lifting problem of increasing. The deep well lifting problem, in recent years, although we are supporting the implementation of the scheme optimization design, paraffin, two-way protection collar, deep pumping and other measures.Therefore, in order to achieve stable oil production, huan north low permeability oilfield high efficient deep pumping technology were studied.This paper mainly divided into three chapters, the first chapter expounds huan north blocks eccentric wear of the status quo, through the analysis of eccentric wear in this paper, the factors, the eccentric wear prevention technique at home and abroad, this paper find huan north block oil field of eccentric wear optimization design. The second chapter focuses on efficient deep pumping technology. Through the deep pumping plans to study the present situation of the development at home and abroad, for huan north block, analyzing the present situation and problems of deep pumping to choose the appropriate equipment, process technology, implement effective characteristic of pumping Wells, deep pumping system efficiency. The third chapter mainly study taking wax influencing factors. According to the characteristics of huan north block targeted optimization paraffin method and measures, in order to achieve the well and stable yield and save production cost. In this paper, in order to solve the low permeability oil field production production difficulties as the research object, based on the block, high efficient deep pumping technology is put forward, finally applied to the actual production, improve the efficiency of oil well production.
